This is Bah humbug gelato It is a caramel gelato gently flavoured with pure peppermint oil from Summerdown Farm to recreate that familiar flavour of the old-fashioned boiled sweet. It is delicious on its own, but is also really good with a fudgy brownie, like the one here.
It's apple season, and there's nothing more delicious than an apple tart. This one here is so pretty, with the apple slices arranged to look like roses. I use store-bought puff pastry, It isn't difficult to make and makes a great impression.
