We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on perishable food items or gift cards.
If there is an issue with your order we will do our best to make it right. Please contact us at: email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order to raise an issue, re-delivery or refunds can be issued where necessary.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will be required to provide proof of the damage with images, your order number and a description of the damage.
We do not accept exchanges on perishable items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your pictures and email, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method.
