Getting your Baboo
There are two easy ways to get Baboo delivered or collected — plus a growing number of lovely shops stocking us across the country.

Baboo is stocked in farm shops, delis and food halls right across the country — often the freshest, easiest way to get your fix is just down the road. Please do support the independent shops who champion us.
Nationwide delivery
A select collection of our flavours, available in 500ml tubs for UK-wide delivery. When you're ready, just select the 'Nationwide Delivery' tab in your cart at checkout.
Your gelato travels packed in dry ice to keep it in perfect condition in transit — which means you don't need to be home to receive it, as long as you're back by the evening.
Minimum order & delivery charges
- Minimum order: 4 × 500ml tubs (£30)
- 4 or 5 × 500ml tubs: £6 delivery
- 6 or more × 500ml tubs: FREE delivery

Need a specific delivery date?
We can sometimes accommodate this — just mention your preferred date in the special notes / delivery instructions box at checkout. We only deliver Tuesday to Friday, so any requested date must fall within those days.
Important: once you've received your dispatch notification, please don't change the delivery day — your gelato will arrive melted.
Tracking your delivery
Your order is delivered frozen by DPD through our specialist frozen courier, so your dispatch and tracking notifications will arrive under the name Chillistick (Frozen Delivered) — not Baboo Gelato. If you see that name pop up, don't worry: that's your gelato on its way. Please don't reschedule the delivery in the DPD app once it's been dispatched, as your order is packed to arrive cold on the planned day and moving it risks it melting.
All our dry ice comes from plant-based and renewable CO₂ sources.

Prefer to pick up? Collect your Baboo for free from our HQ in Rampisham, Dorset (DT2 0HS) — order any quantity you like, with no minimum.
To order, shop our gelato delivery collection and choose the 'Click & Collect' option in your cart at checkout. Place your order by 12pm and it'll be ready the next working day, or simply pick a collection day that suits you.
Collection: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–2:30pm only, excluding bank holidays.
After something a little different? Our larger 2.25L tubs and 125ml tubs aren't part of the standard online range, but we can often arrange them for collection from HQ — just email sales@baboogelato.com or give us a call, and we'll do our best to sort it for you.
Shop the Click & Collect rangeA change to local home delivery
We are no longer offering local home delivery from our Baboo vans. In its place, we're offering a select range of Baboo Gelato 500ml tubs to order online for nationwide delivery.
We know this will disappoint some of you, and we're sorry. The honest truth is that sending our vans round the busy lanes of Dorset, Somerset and Devon to deliver small quantities of gelato was neither economical nor especially kind to the environment.
The upside: your gelato now travels packed in dry ice, so you no longer need to be home to receive your delivery. The trade-off is a smaller range. If your favourite size or flavour isn't available to order, our apologies — but with Baboo now in more shops than ever, there's a good chance a proper supply isn't far away.

Hands down the best gelato I’ve ever eaten. Blackcurrant Ripple and Maple & Walnut.
Easily the best gelato I've had in this country, and a strong contender for the world. Smooth texture and even flavour and chunks (I had mint choc chip) all the way down.
Can't quite believe I'm saying this after (probably too many) ice creams around the country/world. But this was the best ice cream I've ever tasted. The Maple and Walnut was absolutely beautiful, but the Salted Caramel was genuinely perfect. Pieces of caramel and occasional flakes of salt running the whole way through were lush! Ate it far too quickly to take a photo!
I tried your gelato for the first time earlier today and I am smitten. I have decided that henceforth, whatever else I do with my life, on Tuesday and Saturday I shall have two scoops of Baboo Gelato!
One of the best gelato ice creams we've had outside Italy. Delicious!
