Ten years ago, Annie made a batch of gelato for her children. That's where it started. A decade later, Baboo is still here — still made by hand in the lab in Rampisham, still small batch, still real.
This month, we're marking the milestone properly — with a flavour, a film, and a few moments from the people who've been part of the journey.

Ten years of Baboo deserves a proper celebration, and Annie's gone all out for this one. Real homemade birthday cake — baked from scratch by Annie — blended right into our signature gelato base, then studded with generous chunks of cake and a flurry of rainbow sprinkles in every scoop.
It's nostalgic, joyful, and tastes exactly like the best bit of a birthday party (you know, the corner slice with extra icing).
