Baboo is made in small batches in our Dorset lab by Annie and Sam, using West Country produce and carefully sourced ingredients from around the world. We offer a few different ways to bring Baboo gelato and sorbet to your event — whether you want something effortlessly served or prefer to scoop yourself. We have over 20 flavours to choose from, including dairy-free sorbets suitable for vegans.

What is the minimum order for gelato or sorbet delivery?
Our minimum order for event delivery is £25. Payment is taken at the time of ordering.
How far in advance should I order gelato for my event?
We'd recommend getting in touch as soon as you know your event date — popular flavours can sell out, especially in summer. Give us at least a week's notice where possible.
Do I need to be in for delivery?
Yes — you'll need to be in to take delivery and transfer your gelato straight to your freezer. On the day of delivery one of our drivers will call you with an estimated time slot.
How do I store the gelato and sorbet once it arrives?
Pop it straight in the freezer. Gelato and sorbet is best served slightly softer than ice cream — take it out 5–10 minutes before serving.
Do you have vegan or dairy-free options?
Yes — our full sorbet range is vegan and dairy-free, and we also have vegan gelato options. Full allergen information is available for every flavour. Let us know your guests' needs when you enquire.

We've just launched our very own ice cream van, and we have limited availability this summer. If your event is within 15 miles of our Dorset HQ (DT2), we can come to you — scooping award-winning Baboo gelato and sorbet straight to your guests on the day.

Availability is limited, so get in touch early to avoid missing out.
