MY WEEK AT BABOO
This week we've had the lovely Lois join us for her work experience placement. She's written a fab diary of what she's been up to.

What I got up to….
Monday
I got shown around the kitchen and told how everything works.
I helped weigh out ingredients for the mint choc chip gelato and labelled tubs for it.
Tuesday
I helped prepare the hot cross buns for the hot cross bun gelato and labelled the tubs for it as well. I also helped with the production line of the mint choc chip gelato by putting the lids on the tubs and putting them straight into the freezer.
Wednesday
I started off by weighing all of the different flavours of gelato in the different size tubs and later on I helped in the office with the website and orders.
Thursday
I helped order invoices into the correct months and sorted out the receipts for the different kiosks that sell Baboo Gelato.
Friday
I spent time learning about and helping with the social media side of Baboo.
I helped make Instagram stories and a reel for gelato day.
Mint choc chip is my favourite flavour!
