This means respecting the traditional gelato-making process and sourcing only the finest ingredients—from our hazelnut supplier in Piedmont who grinds a 100% pure paste fresh for us, to our organic milk from Holy Cow with phenomenal animal welfare standards.
Every element matters to us. We make everything from scratch in small batches—pralining our walnuts, puréeing our fruit, and cooking our own caramel. Our gelato contains no chemical emulsifiers, gum stabilisers, artificial colourings or flavorings. Just pure, authentic gelato.
Growing Across the South West
We're thrilled that our commitment to quality has resonated with customers and retailers alike. With kiosks in Weymouth, West Bay, Lyme Regis, Morcombelake and Swanage plus nationwide delivery through our online service, we're expanding while staying true to our roots. Our trade sales are growing at an impressive 50% per annum, supplying premium retailers from London to Cornwall—including names like Bayley & Sage, Rockfish, and River Cottage.
