Whether you want ice cream for yourself, your friends, your family…or even your dog (that’s right, we even make dog-friendly ice cream), we can deliver it right to your doorstep.
And even better, you don’t need to be there to receive your home delivery.
Where do you deliver ice cream to in the UK?
We can deliver our award-winning Baboo Gelato ice creams and sorbets directly to your home, pretty much anywhere in the UK.
The only exceptions are Northern Ireland, all the islands (Channel, Man, Wight), and some of those gorgeous bits of Scotland that are too remote for the delivery guys to get to in the required time. Sorry to our Highlands, islands and Northern Irish friends.
Will my ice cream still be frozen when it gets to me?
We’ve teamed up with a lovely company that produces dry ice using exclusively plant-based and renewable carbon dioxide sources.
They carefully wrap your tubs in recycled insulating material, add a couple of bags of dry ice, put it in a sturdy box, and give it to a next-day delivery company. Over the next 24 hours, the dry ice slowly warms up, releasing cooling carbon dioxide that will keep your tubs in mint condition.
The temperature of solid dry ice is -78.5ºC, so please do not open the packets of dry ice, or you could get a nasty skin burn.
How do I order Baboo Gelato for home delivery?
You can order online from us https://baboogelato.com/collections/uk-shipping and hey presto, your tubs will arrive at your home.
Will I need to be home when my ice cream is delivered?
You do not need to be at home as long as you will be returning by the evening.
Please, please do not ask the delivery company to postpone the delivery to the next day as by then the dry ice will have all sublimated (love that word, it just means it’s turned into gas and gone away).
In the rare event that a delivery goes wrong, please don’t worry, we’ll refund you or resend your order if you’d prefer. We’re here to make you happy.

Do you make ice cream for dogs, and can that be delivered?
Yes, our amazingly popular non-dairy Doggy Doggy Yum Yum is also available for home delivery. This is a much-loved dog ice cream for our four-legged friends. It is made by us from scratch using great ingredients:
Banana puree, peanut butter, coconut milk, organic agave syrup, vegetable stabiliser and Dorwest’s Sensitive Keeper’s Mix®.
We don’t use milk or any milk derivative in our product as dogs can be lactose intolerant.

Can I send ice cream as a Christmas present?
You genius. What a great idea for a Christmas present for the foodie in your life. Just think of the joy of receiving six different tubs of gelato. It’s not only an imaginative and welcome present, but you’ve solved the problem of dessert for the whole crew. But make sure that when it arrives, you stick it in the freezer not under the tree or there could be a bit of a puddle.
