Made with organic milk. We use Valrhona chocolate from France, and cocoa powder from Belgium. These are very high quality (and expensive).

Valrhona is a premium, artisanal French chocolate maker, who has been producing since 1922 in the same village in the Rhone valley. This is THE chocolate that leading pastry chefs use.

We call it double as we striate ribbons of hard chocolate through the chocolate gelato.

Your gelato is delivered with dry ice insulation, which keeps it frozen for approximately 24 hours. You don't need to be home when it's delivered, but please ensure you're back by evening to transfer it to your freezer.

⚠️ Important: Please do not request to postpone delivery once dispatched — your gelato will arrive melted. Dry ice lasts approximately 24 hours.

Tracking your delivery: Your order is delivered frozen by DPD through our specialist frozen courier, so your dispatch and tracking notifications will arrive under the name Chillistick (Frozen Delivered) — not Baboo Gelato. If you see that name pop up, don't worry: it's your gelato on its way. Please don't reschedule in the DPD app once dispatched, as your order is packed to arrive cold on the planned day and moving it risks it melting.
