Weddings, garden parties, fetes, festivals — if you're feeding people and want them to remember the food, we can help. Baboo Gelato is made in small batches in our Dorset lab, using local produce and the finest ingredients from around the world.

We offer a few different ways to bring Baboo to your event — whether you want something effortlessly served or prefer to scoop yourself.

125ml individual tubs
The easiest way to serve gelato at an event — no scooping, no mess. Every guest gets their own perfectly portioned pot.
Perfect for weddings & parties
2.25L half napoli tubs
Around 20 scoopable servings. Great for a self-serve station or for someone to scoop at a relaxed garden party or fete.

5L napoli tubs
Around 50 scoopable servings — ideal for larger events or if you want variety across several flavours.

Good to know
What's the minimum order?
Our minimum order for event delivery is £[XX]. Payment is taken at the time of ordering.
How far in advance should I order?
We'd recommend getting in touch as soon as you know your event date — popular flavours can sell out, especially in summer. Give us at least a week's notice where possible.
Do I need to be in for delivery?
Yes — you'll need to be in to take delivery and transfer your gelato straight to your freezer. On the day of delivery one of our drivers will call you with an estimated time slot.
How do I store the gelato once it arrives?
Pop it straight in the freezer. Gelato is best served slightly softer than ice cream — take it out 5–10 minutes before serving.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes — we have a range of vegan sorbets and vegan gelatos. Full allergen information is available for every flavour. Let us know your guests' needs when you enquire.
