We've got news that's been very hard to keep to ourselves: Cook are now stocking Baboo Gelato in their stores, and we could not be more thrilled to have been chosen by a brand that, like us, believes good food shouldn't need to cut corners.
If you know Cook, you know the drill: proper meals, made properly, by people who care about where the ingredients come from. It's a philosophy that lines up neatly with ours — handmade in small batches, right here in our lab in Rampisham, Dorset, using the best ingredients we can get our hands on. It feels like finding a kindred spirit.
How we got here
Baboo started as a two-person operation with a passion for proper gelato and a stubborn refusal to compromise on quality. A decade later, we're now popping up in freezers across 115 Cook stores.
It's a genuinely lovely milestone. Every new stockist means more people getting to try what we've been making by hand since day one — and Cook's customers are exactly the kind of people who'll appreciate the difference.
