For farm shops and delis, we have a selection of these flavours in 500ml tubs to make an irresistible addition to your Christmas retail range. Bah Humbug gelato
Made with our own caramel and pure peppermint oil from Summerdown Farm in Hampshire to create this gelato reminiscent of the old-fashioned sweet. No Scrooges please!

Brandy gelato
We use the Temperley family’s luxurious Somerset Cider Brandy for this take on brandy butter. Mince pies have never tasted so good.

Brown sugar gelato (v)
We’ve mixed British oat milk and dark molasses sugar to create our iconic brown sugar gelato. A cooler, smoother version of breakfast porridge. Gluten free too.

Chocolate hazelnut gelato
In Italy ‘gianduja’ is one of the most popular flavours. We make it with Valrhona chocolate and freshly ground hazelnuts from the heart of Piedmont.

NEW Sugar Plum Fairy gelato

We ripple tangy damson coulis into creamy gelato and throw in some Amaretti biscuits for that delicious crunch. The damsons are picked each August by Annie and Sam’s children.

We infuse our creamy gelato with orange peel, cloves, cardamom & ginger for that special Christmas feeling.

NEW Vietnamese cinnamon gelato
When we found this astonishingly perfect cinnamon we had to use it. Combined with our creamy gelato it has a very special, warm, tingling flavour. Time to snuggle up.
Plum sorbet (v)
Made with Opal and Victoria plums from nearby North Perrott Fruit Farm in Somerset.
We roast these plums with a touch of cinnamon and vanilla, so that they develop a deep sweet flavour. We just cannot get enough of them!
Suitable for vegans.
Pear sorbet (v)
We poach Onward and Comice pears from Elwell Fruit Farm in Dorset with a touch of vanilla and Sicilian lemon for this autumnal sorbet.
Spiced orange sorbet (v)
This is Sicilian orange sorbet infused with bay, ginger & cardamom. Chase away the flu!

The Perfect Gift
Baboos are one of the fiddliest things we make here in the Baboo lab. Each one starts as a ball of Baboo sorbet or gelato, which is dipped in dark chocolate, then trimmed and brushed with edible colour so we know which flavour is which. Finally, they are packed into our beautiful boxes to make the perfect Christmas gift.

near Dorchester using the best ingredients we can find, paired with Italian know-how to produce delicious traditional and seasonal flavours.
Our milk comes from an organic farm in North Perrott, and much of our fruit comes from nearby orchards. Where buying local isn't possible, we buy the world's best, whether it's chocolate from Valrhona or blood oranges from an organic farm in Sicily.
