This is a flavour that Annie's children have been asking for for such a long time: home-made yoghurt gelato sweetened with honey and studded with chunks of walnut baklava. The baklava is made by Baklavaty, a lovely Libyan family business based Somerset. They have brought their traditional family recipe to the UK, and using the best local ingredients, make the most delicious pastries. Here we use their walnut baklava, but they also make pistachio, the traditional Libyan almond and even peanut baklava. To find out more, go to baklavaty.co.uk.

Your gelato is shipped with dry ice insulation, which keeps it frozen for approximately 24 hours. You don't need to be home when it's delivered, but please ensure you're back by evening to transfer it to your freezer. Important: This dry ice packaging is for nationwide shipping only - not available for local deliveries.
Need delivery on a specific date? We can sometimes accommodate this if you mention your preferred date in the special notes/delivery instructions box at checkout. We only deliver Tuesday-Friday, so any requested date must be within these days. Important: Once you receive your order dispatch notification, don't change the delivery day - your ice cream will arrive melted.
