Our first Annie's Specials of the year is dropping on Tuesday.
 
Our toast and marmalade ice cream gelato came about when we were asked by a local Bed & Breakfast if we would create a flavour that they could serve their customers at breakfast. We ripple our usual cream base gelato with homemade Seville orange marmalade, following a recipe that Annie has used for years, and stud it with toasted & candied chunks of sourdough bread.

Available for a limited time only in 500ml tubs, perfect for 4-5 servings. Made in a very limited batch, once it's gone, it's gone.

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS (allergens in BOLD): Whole MILK, double cream (MILK), sugar, dextrose, dry glucose syrup, skimmed MILK powder, MILK protein, thickener: vegetable fibres, Dorset Sea Salt.

Seville orange marmalade (10%): Sugar, oranges, lemons.

Toasted sourdough breadcrumbs (5%) : Sourdough breadcrumbs (Wheat flour (WHEAT flour, calcium, folic acid, iron, niacin, thiamin), water, salt, fermented WHEAT flour.
