Our first-ever repeat! This sold out faster than any Annie's Special last year, so we knew we had to make it again.

Celebrating spring with the pinkest, most tender forced rhubarb from the famous Yorkshire Rhubarb Triangle. Grown in candlelit sheds through winter, this early rhubarb shines against our smooth egg custard gelato, lightly flavoured with Madagascan vanilla. Swirled through with vibrant rhubarb coulis, it's a classic British combination done the Baboo way.

Available in 500ml tubs, perfect for 5-6 servings. Made in a very small batch.
