Made with organic milk. We use Valrhona chocolate from France, and cocoa powder from Belgium. These are very high quality (and expensive). 

Valrhona is a premium, artisanal French chocolate maker, who has been producing since 1922 in the same village in the Rhone valley. This is THE chocolate that leading pastry chefs use.

We call it double as we striate ribbons of hard chocolate through the chocolate gelato.

INGREDIENTS (allergens in bold): Whole milk, sugar, dextrose, Valrhona chocolate (5%) (80% min. cocoa) (cocoa beans, sugar, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; natural vanilla extract), double cream (milk), cocoa powder, milk protein, thickener: vegetable fibres; skimmed milk powder, Dorset Sea Salt; dark chocolate stracciatella (54.5% min. cocoa) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin; natural vanilla flavouring)
