After Dinner Mint gelato - ANNIE'S SPECIALS

This is our second offering for Annie's Special flavours: After Dinner Mint. It is a deep, velvety chocolate gelato, as always made with the best Valrhona chocolate, with a hint of peppermint, thanks to the pure peppermint oil from our friends at Summerdown Farm. Going through this is a crunchy dark chocolate stracciatella to contrast with the perfect smoothness of the gelato. A perfect ending to a celebratory dinner, just like an after dinner mint chocolate, only better.
Ingredients
INGREDIENTS (allergens in bold): Whole milk, sugar, dextrose, Valrhona chocolate (5%) (80% min. cocoa) (cocoa beans, sugar, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; natural vanilla extract), double cream (milk), cocoa powder, milk protein, thickener: vegetable fibres; skimmed milk powder, Dorset Sea Salt, Summerdown Farm peppermint oil; crunchy dark chocolate stracciatella (54.5% min. cocoa) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin; natural vanilla flavouring, Summerdown Farm peppermint oil)
