We've transformed hand-picked damsons, brought to us each August by our wonderful local community from their gardens, into a tangy, jewel-toned coulis that ripples through our silky cream gelato like garnet ribbons.

Crushed Amaretti biscuits add whispers of almond sweetness and that irresistible crunch, creating a dance of textures that's both elegant and utterly indulgent. The result? A sophisticated balance of tart fruit, velvety cream, and delicate amaretto notes that captures the magic of the season.

This is Christmas dessert as it should be: nostalgic yet refined, comforting yet extraordinary. Perfect for your holiday table, Boxing Day feasts, or those quiet moments by the fire when only something truly special will do.
